Fair to who? If revenue goes down and he still wants to do all these things for the "people" (because they are incompetent) how will he pay for them? So this is more than just about money. The difference between a Million and a Billion $$

I realized that with all the numbers the President and Federal Government throw around we don't even know how much money it is anymore. People think that a Million dollars is a lot and it is but compared to a Billion it is hardly anything. I wanted to give an example I heard and I wanted to share it so that you would have a context when Bush asks for $70 billion here and $80 billion there. When congress decides to build a bridge for a Republican senator to nowhere what it is really costing.

So here is the difference between a million and a billion dollars:

If I gave you $1,000,000 (1 million dollars) and I say you have to spend $10,000 per day how long would it last?
Answer: 100 days.

If I gave you $1,000,000,000 (1 billion dollars) and I say you have to spend $10,000 per day how long would it last?
Answer: 270 years!

So know I want you to go look at the federal deficit that is being bought mainly by foreign governments. This number is in the TRILLIONs. Does this sound like a national security problem? What if I told you that it is China and Saudi Arabia that are buying the greatest numbers now. What happens if they decide to stop? How do you think the economy would do? So the group that talks only about National Security seems have put us in the most unsecure position.

No reason to worry though, right? I will leave the number crunching for the difference in Billions and Trillions to you.

Well, that's what I've been reduced to. I found a place that I can make my own "GWSUX" Tee shirt! I am not an avid Tshirt person but I felt I needed to do something. So I went to Libertees.com and made a couple of t-shirts for $15.95. I can't believe that I had to this but I can't take it anymore.

How many years are we going to hear the same crap over and over again before we get our heads out of our ass?
